Individual nutritional counselling is designed for individuals (one-on-one), couples or an adult with a child. It is also possible to meet online, over Skype.

Life cycle nutrition (children, adolescents, adults)

Each person has his/her own needs, capacities and preferences, which are analysed and evaluated together at consultations. Once we have your full details, we can review them and design a comprehensive personal plan which is feasible and appropriate for you. During treatment we provide supportive care to help you learn new daily practices and skills as well as to keep you motivated enough to incorporate any long-term alterations into your everyday routine.

Consultation includes:

  • analysing your nutritional habits
  • measuring body composition (the bioimpedance method)
  • defining your nutrient and energy needs
  • planning your diet according to your needs and capabilities
  • learning how to select the right food
  • tracking changes in body composition and diet

Duration of consultation: 50 minutes
The number of consultations depends on your wishes and needs.

Weight management (weight loss, weight gain)

Each person has his or her own needs, capacities and preferences, which are analysed and evaluated together at consultations. Number of consultations: one consultation per week is recommended for 2 months, afterwards by arrangement. 

Sports nutrition (elite, recreational, young athletes)

Each athlete has his or her own needs, capabilities, wishes and goals. These are assessed and determined together at consultations, followed by a personal dietary plan that includes an appropriate nutritional and energy intake, dependent on the sports activity you are engaged in. We keep track of any changes. In order for you to reach the desired goal, the plan can be adjusted, if necessary.

Consultation includes:

  • assessment of your nutritional habits
  • measuring body composition (the bioimpedance method)
  • defining your nutrient and energy needs, considering the type, frequency and intensity of the sports activity you’re engaged in
  • nutrition planning which covers both the basic nutritional demands and the additional nutritional demands of your sports activity
  • tracking of dietary changes, body mass and composition, your well-being and performance
  • further support and plan adjustment, if needed

Duration of consultation: 50 minutes

Number of consultations: 2-4 consecutive consultations once a week are recommended, afterwards by arrangement.

Illness-related nutrition

When you need to manage a health condition or illness, your nutritional needs aren’t the same as when you are well. We assess them together with you and design a dietary plan. We start with and build on your current daily diet, taking into account your nutritional status and nutritional difficulties. During treatment we are committed to supporting you, promptly tracking changes and adjusting the plan, if necessary.
